Pharmacologic category:

A low molecular weight heparin which has antithrombotic properties.

Indication and administration:

• Prophylaxis of Deep Vein Thrombosis
• Treatment of Acute Deep Vein Thrombosis
• Prophylaxis of Ischemic Complications of Unstable Angina and Non-Q-Wave Myocardial Infarction
• Treatment of Acute ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction
• Prophylaxis of clotting during hemodialysis
